Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Worldwide

We ship globally, including UAE, KSA, GCC, and all international destinations.

  • Free Delivery to all countries.
  • Handling Fee applies only for GCC countries and International shipments.
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times

UAE (Domestic)

  • Delivery within 24 hours for most areas.

KSA & GCC

  • Delivery within 2–4 working days, depending on courier service and customs processing.

International (Outside GCC)

  • Delivery within 7–10 working days.
  • Transit times vary based on destination and customs clearance requirements.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide:

Incomplete information may cause delays or failed delivery attempts.


Customs & Import Duties

  • Some countries may charge customs, VAT, or import duties.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees.
  • If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs, any shipping, handling, and return fees will be deducted before issuing a refund.

Billable Weight & Dimensions

  • Shipping is calculated based on billable weight (the greater of actual weight vs. dimensional weight).
  • Oversized packages (Length + Girth > 84 inches) will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.

Product Safety

All items are stored in climate-controlled environments throughout handling, packing, and shipping to maintain product freshness, safety, and effectiveness.


Returns & Refunds

The following policies apply to purchases made through HolioCare.com:

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted for most:

  • Health products
  • Personal care items
  • Beauty or skin-contact products

Once opened, these items cannot be returned.
Exceptions apply only if the product is damaged, faulty, or delivered incorrectly.


Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

To qualify:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed
  • Opened products are returnable only if proven faulty

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card).
  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear.
  • Refund amounts will reflect any discounts or promotions used at purchase.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and express surcharges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, wrong item):

    • We cover the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee.

  • If returning for any other reason:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Express shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.


How to Return

  1. Keep the product in original packaging with all documents (order confirmation, dispatch note, etc.).

  • Return/refund request
  • Pickup address

  1. Our support team will arrange a courier pickup.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed and the refund is issued.

Important Notes

  • Items damaged through misuse, improper storage, or beyond the return period will not be accepted.
  • Ensure all contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
  • HOLIO CARE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or courier limitations.
